Observe ye everything that takes place in the heaven, how they do not change their orbits, ┌and┐ the luminaries which are in the heaven, how they all rise and set in order each in its season, and transgress not against their appointed order.In ii-v. 3 the order of nature is contrasted with the disorder of man’s world. In Test. Naph. iii. 2, 3, men are told to observe God's law as sun, moon, and stars observe their appointed order, and the Watchers who left their natural order are held up as a warning. Cf. Sirach xvi. 26-28, Pss. Sol. xviii. 12-14.
